As a former educator turned real estate professional, Nayelly brings a distinctive blend of patience and precision to every client relationship. Her teaching background has instilled in her the art of listening and explaining complex processes with clarity—skills that prove invaluable when guiding first-time homebuyers and sellers alike through their real estate journeys. Nayelly intimately understands the unique challenges of establishing roots in a new city, making her an ideal partner for clients navigating their own relocation journey.
Fluent in Spanish, Nayelly is able to serve a diverse clientele and help make homeownership dreams accessible to all. While other agents might focus solely on transactions, Nayelly
prioritizes building lasting relationships founded on education, empowerment, and genuine care for her clients' long-term housing and real estate success.
When she’s not moving real estate, she can be found building and living her best señora life, reading, writing fiction and poetry, learning to embroider, snuggling with her four pups (Nola, Clover, Mina, and Verita), and chilling on the porch watching her wife garden. Additionally, as a lesbian intersectional feminist, Nayelly prioritizes social justice work, specifically dealing with affordable housing and immigrant rights. She is a member of the Keller Williams Rainbow Network and a card-carrying U-Haul Lesbian.

Dess leads social media strategy and content for the New Orleans House Gal, combining her eye for branding with a deep understanding of audience engagement to help the business connect with clients in meaningful ways. With a strong foundation in business and a global perspective, Dess brings a unique blend of operational expertise and creative strategy to every venture she’s part of. She holds a degree in Business Administration from UNITEC in Mexico and has built a career rooted in entrepreneurship, logistics, and marketing.
Before transitioning into her current roles, Dess gained international recognition in the competitive world of dog breeding and showing. She successfully bred and presented award-winning dogs, traveling across the globe to compete.
​She is the co-owner and co-operator of AeroPaws, a thriving international dog transportation company. In this role, she leads logistics and social media, ensuring every transport is executed seamlessly while maintaining a strong and trusted brand presence.
She is also the founder of Magic Social Media, where she helps brands grow through thoughtful content, strategy, and digital storytelling.
When she is not busy with work, she likes to cuddle with her four pups, watch movies with Nayelly, paint, and garden.
